Background
A family villa in Danderyd was refreshed to feel warmer and more coherent without major changes. We kept the existing furniture and focused on textiles, wood details, and lighting.
What we changed
We introduced linen and wool textiles, added pale wood accents, and balanced the lighting with floor, table, and wall fixtures. The rug layout was adjusted to anchor the seating. Artwork was grouped and aligned to create a clearer rhythm through the open plan.
Result
The spaces read as one calm whole. Seating, dining, and circulation feel connected. Everyday use is easier, surfaces look tidy, and the home keeps its original character with better comfort.
